Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the Delegates
Registration is Non-Transferable & Non-Cancellable
PG Students will have to Submit a No Objection Letter from the Head of Department / Institute
Registration Confirmation will be Received via Email / SMS on your Registered Mobile Number after Confirmation of the Payment
For Spot Registrations: Payment will be Accepted only by Mode of UPI or Credit / Debit Card as per the Availability
The Disbursal of the Delegate Kit will be Subject to Availability for Spot Registration
Delegate Kit would be Handed Over Only to the Registered Delegate
Entry of the Accompanying Person may be Restricted to Certain Areas at the Venue of the Event
Organizer will not be Responsible for any Date Change of the Conference
Organizer will not be Responsible any Loss or theft of Personal Belongings
Post conference, No Kit or any Workshop Material will be Disbursed to the Delegates
You would be Required to Carry your Original ID Proof (Govt. Issued) at the Time of Collecting Your Registration Badge
Please ensure to Wear Registration Badge (Bar / QR Coded) in the Conference Area all the Time. If Not Wearing, You would not be Allowed to Enter the Conference / Lunch / Dinner / Exhibition Area
