Terms & Conditions for Registration
- Mandatory MCI Registration No.: Providing a valid MCI / NMC / State Medical Council Registration Number is compulsory at the time of registration.
- Invalid Registration Details: If the MCI/NMC registration number does not match or cannot be verified, the registration will be cancelled, and the applicant will not be eligible to attend the conference.
- Right of Approval: The organizing committee reserves the right to approve or reject any registration if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable.
- Verification of Registration: The organizing team will verify the provided registration number from the official MCI/NMC or State Medical Council website.
- Refund Policy: If any refund is applicable due to cancellation or verification issues, the refund will be processed only after the completion of the conference.
