This is to certify that all the information given above are true and decision taken by MAPCON 2023 Committee is acceptable to me.

• Criterion for travel grant: Quality of paper, preference to IEEE-AP member and travel grant form submission date.

• Travel grant will be given to needy students registered in an educational institute as a full time scholar. EC will reimburse 3AC to and fro fare irrespective of mode and class of travel or Rs. 2500/- whichever is less. Kindly attach copy of your student ID Card.

• Student need to submit the necessary documents like ticket and declaration form on conference day.

Last date of submitting travel grant form is 15th November 2023.
