REGISTRATION GUIDLINES

• Delegates above 70 Years will get complimentary registration.(Age proof required)
• ⁠Send the filled offline form to conference secretariat address given below along with the payment
• Cheque/DD Online charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount
• Conference Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch(23 and 24 November 2024), Banquet and delegate kit.
• Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of change in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/ failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication
• It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter/PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category
• No Conference kit is guaranteed for spot registration

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to NARCHICON 2024 Secretariat Office by 31 October 2024 to avail 50% refund of the registration fees after deduction of GST
• The refund process will begin only after 30 days of the completion of conference.
• No refund will be done if cancellation of registration is done after 1st November 2024.
