GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• Participants should ensure that the submitted abstracts are their original work and have not been published in any form (hard copy or soft copy) earlier.

• Title of paper – Bold. Maximum 200 characters (approximately 30 words).
• Names of Author’s: First author’s First Name, First Author Last Name; Second author’s First name, second author’s Last Name; and so, on
• Name of the university or place of work: Department, Organization, Country
• Contact details of the Author(s): email addresses: (1) Academic (2) Private
• Keywords: Three to four (3-4 words)
• Poster/ Platform
• Text: Font & size: Times New Roman, Font size 12 points
• Line Space: 1.15 space
• Word count: Not more than 350 words excluding Title, names and keywords
• The main body of the abstract should be structured with the following headings:
  For original studies: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. For case reports: Background, Case Presentation, and Conclusions.
  Useful Information for Preparing the Abstract
  1. Abstracts should be submitted via e-mail as an attachment in pdf format.
  2. Name or save your abstract indicating your name: e.g., Anil_Kumar_abstract.doc
  3. The language of the abstract is English
  4. Do not define or use abbreviations in the title.
  5. Do not include tables, charts or other graphics in your abstract.
• You must not include your abstract title or author names in the abstract document.
• Please ensure that you add all the authors of your abstract onto the submission form, including yourself if you are an author.
• Please ensure correct spelling and affiliations are used. We are unable to add or amend author names once abstracts have been published.
• You must provide a valid email address for your listed presenting author. This will be used to contact the presenter regarding uploading presentations or posters, if your submission is successful. Please note that by providing an email address, you are confirming that you have the author’s consent to share their contact details.
• Last Date of Abstract Submission is 15^th August 2023.
